摘  要:本项目在地下室施工阶段布置了3台平臂塔式起重机进行材料吊运,当地下室施工结束转向地上主体施工时,需将其中的2台平臂塔式起重机转换成2台自爬式动臂塔式起重机,以满足主体的钢结构吊装施工,转换过程涉及的塔式起重机共计4台,且核心筒外墙施工、爬模和电梯安装也需借助塔式起重机进行,导致工期紧张。通过合理设计塔式起重机安拆顺序和施工部署,可最大限度地利用现场资源,以实现高效、精益建造的目的。In the basement construction stage of the project,3 flat-arm tower cranes are arranged for material hoisting.When the basement construction is completed and the main body is turned to the ground,2 flat-arm tower cranes need to be converted into 2 self-climbing jib tower cranes to meet the main body's steel structure hoisting construction.The conversion process involves a total of 4 tower cranes,and the construction of the outer wall of the core tube,climbing formwork and elevator installation also need to be carried out with the help of tower cranes,resulting in a very tight construction period.Through the reasonable design of the tower crane installation and removal sequence and construction deployment,the maximum use of on-site resources to achieve the purpose of efficient and lean construction.
