摘 要:超高层建筑的基础筏形通常较厚,特别是其核心筒位置,当采用天然基础时,基础筏形厚度尤甚。而核心筒与周边位置的筏形厚度变化较大、筏形厚度类型繁多。这类基础施工存在着筏形基础温控难度大、钢筋安装施工安全风险大、筏形基础成型质量控制难度大等多项难题。通过对天然岩基上超厚变截面筏形基础施工的研究,提出了基础混凝土挡墙、钢筋钢管支撑架、超厚筏形分层成型等多项关键技术,有效解决了超厚变截面筏形基础施工过程的多项难题,也可有效提高施工质量。The foundation raft of super high-rise buildings is usually thick,especially the core tube position,when the natural foundation is used,the foundation raft thickness is even thicker.The thickness of the raft in the core tube and the surrounding position varies greatly and the raft thickness types are various.There are many problems in this kind of foundation construction,such as the difficulty of temperature control of raft foundation,the safety risk of steel bar installation and construction,and the difficulty of forming quality control of raft foundation.Based on the study of the construction of super thick variable section raft foundation on natural rock foundation,several key technologies such as foundation concrete retaining wall,steel pipe support frame and layered forming of super thick raft foundation are put forward,which can effectively solve many problems in the construction process of super thick variable section raft foundation and improve the construction quality.
