摘　　要：一柱一桩分部工程是逆作法整体施工过程中的重要环节,也是工程监理在对逆作法工程实施质量管理时需要特别重视的工作内容。本研究以广州某地下建筑工程逆作法项目为例,分析该项目中施工单位所采用的一柱一桩工程施工工序、桩基础成桩方法、支承立柱垂直度控制方法,并围绕监理工作方法进行论述,提出针对工程中不同阶段和不同分项工程施工工艺应采取的监理质量控制手段,对同类型工程的监理质量控制及保障措施具有参考价值。The one column and one pile project plays an important role in the overall construction process of the top-down construction.it is also the vital work content to which the construction supervisor needs to pay special attention when supervising the quality management of the top-down construction project.Taking an underground construction project in Guangzhou as an example,the article analyzes the construction process of one column and one pile project,including the method of forming piles of pile foundations,and the control method of the verticality of supporting columns adopted by the construction unit.Through discussing the method of supervision work,the article puts forward the supervision quality control methods that should be adopted for the construction process of different stages and different sub-projects in the project,which has reference value for the supervision quality control and guarantee measures of the same type of projects.
