摘  要:为有效提升C60混凝土工作性能及施工质量,依托某小区配套学校项目施工实践,针对C60高强混凝土配合比设计优化及质量控制展开综合探究,结合原材料及配合比试验,确定工程应用理论配合比,分别从水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰级别3个方面分析对混凝土强度及拌合物性能的影响,并提出了混凝土生产、浇筑、养护等各环节施工质量控制措施,具有重要的参考价值。In order to effectively improve the performance and construction quality of C60 concrete,this article relies on the construction practice of a supporting school project in a certain community to conduct a comprehensive exploration of the optimization and quality control of C60 high-strength concrete mix design.Combined with raw materials and mix ratio tests,the theoretical mix ratio for engineering application is determined.The impact of water cement ratio,sand ratio,and fly ash grade on concrete strength and mix performance is analyzed from three aspects,and concrete production,sand ratio,and fly ash grade are proposed.The construction quality control measures for various stages such as pouring and maintenance have important reference value.
