不同形式悬挑外架安全验算对比分析

摘　　要：通过对悬挑工字钢与上拉钢丝绳、锚固工字钢与上拉钢拉杆、锚固工字钢与下撑槽钢的3种结构形式悬挑外架的安全计算分析(包括强度、抗剪、挠度计算),以此判断这3种悬挑外架结构形式的安全性,从而为现场施工提供安全保证。同时为现场施工提供多种外架的结构形式,以减少项目施工风险,创造良好的经济效益。By analyzing the safety calculations(including strength,shear resistance,and deflection calculations)of three structural forms of the cantilever outer frame:cantilever I-beam and pull-up steel wire rope,anchor I-beam and pull-up steel rod,and anchor I-beam and lower support channel steel,the safety of these three structural forms of the cantilever outer frame is judged,thereby providing safety assurance for on-site construction.At the same time,various structural forms of external frames are provided for on-site construction to reduce project construction risks and create good economic benefits.
