摘 要:为提升电子对抗部队管理课程教学质量效益,分析了该课程的教学现状;根据体验式教学法内涵,提出了基于“案例研读—情景模拟—质询探究—综合实践”能力进阶过程的体验式教学方法;以演训管理内容为例,给出了具体教学过程.教学实践表明,运用该教学方法,学员反馈满意度逐年增加,考核成绩不断提高,为部队管理类课程教学改革提供了有益借鉴.In order to improve the teaching quality and efficiency of Electronic Countermeasures Forces Man-agement course,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation of the course,and then preposes the experiential teaching method of ability advancing process based on“case study-scenario simulation-inquiry exploration-com-prehensive practice”according to the connotation of the experiential teaching method.Finally taking the content of joint rehearsal training management as an example,the paper presents the concrete teaching process.The teach-ing practice shows that after using the proposed teaching method,the cadets’feedback satisfaction increases year by year,and their assessment results are continuously improved,which provides a useful reference for the teach-ing reform of forces management-category courses.
