摘  要:风云卫星对海洋环境灾害(浒苔、赤潮和溢油)的定量遥感监测业务能力需要提升。利用风云三号D星中分辨率光谱成像仪MERSI-II资料以及部分高分卫星数据,探索解决大气校正和云检测两个技术难点问题的方法,分别依据浒苔、赤潮和溢油的光谱特征,建立相关的遥感监测算法,实现对海洋浒苔、赤潮和溢油的判识,并在相应个例中取得较好的监测效果。The quantitative remote sensing monitoring of Fengyun satellite for Marine environmental disasters(ulva prolifera,red tide and oil spill)should to be improved.This paper uses the MERSI data of FY-3D satellite data,as well as some high-resolution satellite data,to explore methods to solve the two technical difficulties of atmospheric correction and cloud detection.Based on the spectral characteristics of ulva prolifera,red tide and oil spill,relevant monitoring algorithms were established for identifications of ulva prolifera,red tide and oil spill,and there were good monitoring performances in corresponding cases.
