摘  要:沙田大桥为自锚式悬索桥,采用先缆后梁施工工艺,通过临时锚固体系临时固定主缆,以主缆为依托,完成主梁吊装、焊接后,将主缆拉力转移至主梁上,完成体系转换。采用倒提技术吊装加劲梁,对于跨中短吊索区域使用非通长底托梁,解决主梁吊装难题。施工过程中,将锚固段钢箱梁与辅助墩进行临时固结,临时拉索主动平衡主缆拉力,受力明确,便于施工控制。在合龙梁段两端设置温度焊缝,为合龙梁段吊装腾出空间,且避免钢箱梁因温度变形引发结构安全问题。基于水袋压重的索股滑移控制方法,保证钢箱梁吊装期间主缆不发生滑移。通过加长吊索长度、增设喇叭口形状导向装置,避免吊索碰撞导管口引起吊索损伤的问题。Shatin Bridge is a self⁃anchored suspension bridge,the process of main cables installed ahead of stiffening girder is adopted,the main cable is temporarily fixed through the temporary anchorage system.The main girder construction is based on the main cables,after the main box girder is hoisted and welded,the tensile force of the main cables is transferred to the main girder to complete the system conversion.The lifting of stiffening girder adopts inverted lifting technology.Aiming at the area of short sling in the middle of span,a non full⁃length joist is designed to solve the problem of main girder lifting.During the construction,the steel girder of the anchorage section and the auxiliary pier are temporarily consolidated,and the temporary cables actively balance the tension of the main cables,with clear stress,which is convenient for construction control.Temperature welds are set at both ends of the closure girder section,which not only makes room for the hoisting of the closure girder section,but also avoids the structural safety problems caused by temperature deformation of the steel girder.The slip control method of cable strand based on water bag weight ensures that the main cables do not slip during steel girder hoisting.The length of the sling is increased through the bell mouth shape guide device is added to avoid the sling damage caused by the sling colliding with the conduit mouth.
