摘 要:绍兴国际会展中心1期B区1号馆为无地下室的单层超大展馆,由于位于软土地区,应严格控制地坪系统,防止后期沉降,且管沟内机电系统繁杂、数量多,加大地坪系统设计与施工难度。针对上述特点,总承包发挥EPC优势,以高平整度、零沉降、易维护等使用性能为目标,参与地坪系统设计,创新采用桩板结构地坪,解决后期沉降大的问题,通过群桩防挤土技术解决地坪群桩施工难题。基于BIM对管沟机电管线进行综合排布,优化管沟净空间尺寸,降低管沟内机电系统施工维护难度。管沟采用轻质易维护的工业化高分子复合盖板,通过高精度钢制边框预埋技术,使大面积管沟盖板平整度效果良好。The hall 1 of the phase I Area B of Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center is a single⁃layer super⁃large exhibition hall without basement,the control of settlement of floor system is strictly required,since the project is located in soft soil area,and electromechanical system in trench is complex,which further increases the difficulty of the design and construction.In view of the characteristics,the general contractor of the project gives full play to the advantages of the EPC mode,and takes high flatness,zero settlement,easy maintenance and other performance as the goal to deeply design the floor system.To solve the problem of large settlement in the later stage,the project innovatively adopts pile⁃slab floor structure,and solves the problem of pile group construction by taking pile group anti⁃squeezing soil technology.To optimize the net space of the trench and reduce the construction and maintenance difficulty of the electromechanical system in the trench,the electromechanical pipelines are comprehensively arranged based on BIM.The large area pipe trench cover plate,which adopts lightweight and easy maintenance industrial polymer composite cover plate,can achieve the flatness through high precision steel frame pre⁃buried technology,and the flatness effect is good.
