摘　　要：建筑工程施工项目因复杂多变的施工环境及相互耦合的施工要素,施工过程存在多种类型的安全风险。将安全风险管理体系理论与建筑工程施工项目特点相结合,定义了施工项目的风险源、风险、风险因素,界定三者的逻辑关系,明确三者的分类内容,提出以风险源为风险管理对象,以专项施工方案为主体的风险应对措施,建立以风险源-风险-风险因素结构为基础的建筑工程施工项目安全风险管理体系。Due to the complex and ever⁃changing construction environment and coupled construction elements,construction engineering face various types of safety risks during the construction process.Combining the theory of safety risk management system with the characteristics of construction engineering,this paper defines the risk sources,risks,and risk factors of construction engineering,defines their logical relationships,clarifies their classification content,and proposes risk response measures with risk sources as risk management objects and special construction plans as the core.A construction engineering safety risk management system based on the structure of risk sources⁃risk⁃risk factor is formed.
