摘 要:基坑降水运行管控不当是发生事故的重要原因之一,为提高降水运行管控水平,分析运行管控的水位指标及引起异常变化的源、径、排因素,针对可能的原因提出排因方面的辅控指标。根据水位控制目的差异,将水位分为基于基坑安全的第I类水位和基于环境安全的第Ⅱ类水位,并提出相应的合理水位计算方法及预警体系,依据有效性、时效性及可持续性原则,开发基坑地下水控制风险管控系统,降低降水运行风险,并取得良好效果。Operation and control of foundation dewatering is one of the important reasons for occurrence of foundation accidents.In order to improve the level of operation and control of dewatering,the main control indicators of operation and control and three factors of source,route and discharge that cause abnormal changes are analyzed,according to the possible reasons,the auxiliary control indicators of discharge source control are proposed.Based on difference of water level observation purposes,the observed water level is divided into classⅠbased on foundation excavation safety,classⅡbased on environmental safety.The corresponding safe water level calculation method and pre⁃warning system are proposed,and a set of risk management and control system for foundation excavation groundwater control based on principles of effectiveness,timeliness and sustainability is developed,the operation risk of dewatering is reduced,and good results are achieved.
