摘　　要：为了加快推进卫星导航定位基准服务领域关键技术、核心技术自主化,提升新型测绘基准服务质量和能力,通过北斗卫星导航定位基准服务国产化平台的研制,基于虚拟基准站数据的社会化基准服务技术研究,搭建了基于北斗三号的省级基准服务平台。经过功能测试、性能测试以及试运行,结果表明:该平台实时定位服务能力达到平面优于3 cm、高程优于5 cm的精度水平,可以满足产业化和社会化的服务要求。To accelerate the autonomy of key and core technologies in satellite navigation and positioning benchmark services,and improve the quality and capability of new surveying and mapping benchmark services,we established a provincial-level benchmark service platform based on Beidou-3 through the development of a localization platform for Beidou satellite navigation and positioning benchmark services,and the research on socialized benchmark service technology based on virtual benchmark station data.After functional testing,performance testing and trial operation,the results show that the real time positioning service capability of platform reaches an accuracy level of better than 3 cm in plane and 5 cm in elevation,which can meet the service requirements of industrialization and socialization.
