摘  要:如何针对性地处理雨水中污染程度较高的部分已经成为维持城市水资源良性循环的一项重要课题,通过利用降水的初期冲刷现象将污染水平普遍较高的初期雨水排入污水管中,是目前常见的解决方法。然而,初期冲刷现象是否出现及其出现的模式都有很大的不确定性,对雨污分流的决策造成困难。近年来,直接实时在线监测来水的水质情况,进而进行雨污分流决策成为解决雨污分流问题的新思路。本研究选用了以多源光谱法(紫外+荧光)为核心的第三代在线水质监测技术,并基于该技术搭建了新型的雨污分流系统,通过高精度、高稳定性的实时水质数据,实现直接且可靠的雨污分流决策。在杭州未来科技城一处雨水排口的实际应用中,本研究所构建的智能雨污分流系统在三个多月的时间内可以稳定运行并实现准确的雨污分流,受纳水体的污染水平明显改善,证明了这套智能雨污分流系统有着出色的雨污分流效果,具有很高的推广价值,为雨污分流问题提供了一个普适、经济的解决方案。How to separately treat the relatively more polluted part of rainwater has become critical to the health of urban water cy-cles.The common solution is to divert the first part of rainwater,which is usually more polluted,to sewage systems,according to the first flush phenomenon.However,the first flush phenomenon doesn’t always occur and its characteristics are highly uncertain,thus causing problems in the decision-making phase of rainwater sewage shunting.Recently,directly monitoring the real-time qual-ity of rainwater and making corresponding decisions have become a new method for rainwater sewage shunting.This study chose the third generation of online water quality monitoring technology,which is based on the method of multispectral fusion analysis(ul-traviolet and fluorescence),and developed a novel intelligent rainwater sewage shunting system,which could provide direct and reli-able decision-making,using the highly accurate and stable real-time water quality data.After the continuous operation of over three months at a rainwater discharge point in Zhejiang Overseas High-level Talents Innovation Park,the proposed novel intelligent system is proved stable and can realize the accurate separation of rainwater and sewage.The pollution problem of the receiving wa-ter body was greatly ameliorated,demonstrating this system’s outstanding performance and high potential for wide application.
