摘 要:为提升钒电池负极侧电极的电化学活性,采用液相氧化法对碳纳米管进行改性,并将其引入石墨毡表面制备复合电极。首先对碳纳米管与石墨毡的电化学性能进行对比,再通过液相氧化改性对碳纳米管的电化学活性进一步优化,最后制备了碳纳米管石墨毡复合电极,并采用充放电测试考察其性能表现。结果表明:在浓H_(2)SO_(4)与浓HNO_(3)体积比为1∶3,温度80℃,改性时间2 h条件下得到的碳纳米管电化学活性最佳。在120 mA cm 2的电流密度下,以复合电极为负极的电池电压效率和能量效率分别为87.96%、83.47%,分别比石墨毡(82.08%、77.31%)提高了5.88和6.16个百分点,具有良好的倍率性能。In order to improve electrochemical activity of the anode side electrode of vanadium battery,carbon nanotube were modified by liquid phase oxidation method and introduced into graphite felt to prepare composite electrode.Firstly,the electrochemical properties of carbon nanotube and graphite felt were compared,and then the electrochemical activity of carbon nanotube was further optimized by liquid phase oxidation modification.Finally,the carbon nanotube graphite felt composite electrode was prepared,and its performance was investigated by charging and discharging test.The results show that the electrochemical activity of carbon nanotube is the best under the conditions including volume ration of concentrated H_(2)SO_(4) to concentrated HNO_(3) of 1∶3,temperature of 80℃,and treatment time of 2 h.Under the current density of 120 mA cm 2,the voltage efficiency and energy efficiency of the negative electrode of the composite electrode are 87.96%and 83.47%,respectively,which are 5.88 and 6.16 percentage points higher than that of the graphite felt(82.08%and 77.31%),and the composite electrode has better rate performance.
