摘 要:目的分析不同介质预浸泡清洗方法对能量器械清洗效果的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年3月术后收回210件能量器械作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组、B组、C组,各70件,A组采用常规冲洗、使用多酶清洗剂浸泡,温度40℃、手工刷洗、超声清洗、漂洗、终末漂洗;B组采用常规冲洗、使用3%的过氧化氢进行浸泡,常温下进行、手工刷洗、超声清洗、漂洗、终末漂洗;C组采用常规冲洗、使用40℃的医用泡沫进行浸泡、手工刷洗、超声清洗、漂洗、终末漂洗。对3组不同介质预浸泡清洗方法能量器械清洗合格率、器械返洗情况、器械清洗消毒质量评分、满意度进行比较。结果C组预处理方法器械目测合格率、ATP生物荧光检测合格率均高于A组、B组(P<0.05);C组返洗器械总件数少于A组、B组,B组少于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组器械返洗平均时间短于A组、B组,B组短于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组清洗、消毒质量评分明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05),B组器械清洗、消毒质量评分明显高于A组(P<0.05);C组预处理方法器械满意度高于A组、B组(P<0.05);B组预处理方法器械满意度高于A组(P<0.05)。结论40℃的医用泡沫进行浸泡较多酶清洗剂、过氧化氢浸泡对能量器械清洗消毒效果较为显著,可明显提高供应室器械的清洗质量,减少器械返洗,并缩短返洗时间,此清洗方式值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of cleaning methods with different pre-soaking media on the cleaning efficacy of energy instruments.Methods A total of 210 energy instruments recovered in our hospital from August 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into group A(n=70),group B(n=70)and group C(n=70).In group A,energy instruments were conventionally rinsed,soaked in multienzyme cleaner at 40℃,followed by manual brushing,ultrasonic cleaning,rinsing,and final rinsing.In group B,energy instruments were conventionally rinsed,soaked in 3%hydrogen peroxide at room temperature,followed by manual brushing,ultrasonic cleaning,rinsing,and final rinsing.In group C,energy instruments were conventionally rinsed,soaked in medical foam at 40℃,followed by manual brushing,ultrasonic cleaning,rinsing,and final rinsing.The qualified rate of energy instrument cleaning,instrument re-washing,instrument cleaning and disinfection quality score and satisfaction degree of three groups were compared.Results The qualified rates of visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence detection were significantly higher in group C than those of group A and B(P<0.05).The total number of re-washed energy instruments in group C was the least among the three groups,followed by group B and group C(P<0.05).The mean time of re-washing energy instruments was significantly shorter in group C than that of group A and B,and significantly shorter time was detected in group B than group C(P<0.05).The washing and disinfection quality scores in group C were significantly higher than those of group A and B,which were significantly higher in group B than in group A(all P<0.05).The satisfaction degree was significantly higher in group C than that of group A and B,which was significantly higher in group B than in group A(all P<0.05).Conclusion Soaking medical foam at 40℃is more effective in cleaning and disinfecting energy instruments versus multienzyme cleaner and hydrogen peroxide,which can obviously improve the cleaning quality of instruments in supply room,
