孕妇无痛分娩选择意向现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解无痛分娩选择意向的现状,并分析影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年6~12月,采用一般资料调查表、孕妇无痛分娩选择意向量表、情绪和社会功能障碍量表、家庭亲密度和适应性量表及心理资本问卷对来我院就诊的孕妇进行调查。结果孕妇无痛分娩选择意向得分为(112.05±10.78)分;情绪和社会功能障碍得分为(43.12±12.75)分;家庭亲密度和适应性得分为(101.31±10.03)分;心理资本问卷得分为(118.88±12.23)分。Pearson相关分析显示:孕妇无痛分娩选择意向与其情绪和社会功能障碍得分间呈负相关(r=-0.452,P<0.01);与其家庭亲密度和适应性及心理资本得分间呈正相关(r=0.608,P<0.01;r=0.663,P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示:影响孕妇无痛分娩选择意向的主要因素依次有心理资本、家庭亲密度和适应性、情绪和社会功能障碍、文化程度、职业情况(均P<0.05),可解释孕妇无痛分娩选择意向得分变异的40.8%。结论孕妇无痛分娩选择意向处于中等偏上水平。相关部门可从孕妇心理资本、家庭亲密度和适应性、情绪和社会功能障碍等层面出发,并重点关注文化程度较低的无业孕妇的无痛分娩相关知识的获取,并充分调动其无痛分娩的积极性,从而促进自然分娩的顺利进行。Objective To investigate the status quo of pregnant women’s intention to choose painless delivery and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From June to December 2021,the convenience sampling method was used to investigate the pregnant women who came to our hospital using the general data questionnaire,the pregnant women’s intention to choose painless delivery scale,the emotional and social dysfunction scale,the family closeness and adaptability scale and the psychological capital questionnaire.Results The score of intention to choose painless delivery was(112.05±10.78).The scores of emotional and social dysfunction were(43.12±12.75).The scores of family intimacy and adaptability were(101.31±10.03).The score of psychological capital questionnaire was(118.88±12.23).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the intention of painless delivery and emotional and social dysfunction(R=-0.452,P<0.01).It was positively correlated with family closeness and adaptability and psychological capital(R=0.608,P<0.01;R=0.663,P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that psychological capital,family intimacy and adaptability,emotional and social dysfunction,educational level and occupational status were the main factors influencing the choice intention of painless delivery(all P<0.05),which could explain 40.8%of the variation of the choice intention score of painless delivery.Conclusion Pregnant women’s choice of painless delivery is above the average level.Relevant departments can set out from the pregnant woman psychological capital,family intimacy and adaptability,emotional and social dysfunction,etc,and focus on pregnant women with low levels of culture,unemployed epidural related knowledge acquisition,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the epidural,so as to promote the smooth progress of natural childbirth.
