摘 要:海底输油管道在运行过程中由于施工缺陷、机械损伤等原因可能造成管道凹陷变形,超过6%的严重凹陷变形不仅影响管道内检测,而且可能造成管道断裂,导致原油泄漏。文中以册镇海底管道凹陷缺陷修复为例,提出了结构管卡、机械连接器、复合材料、提升法换管、水下焊接修复技术方案,并分析了5种方案的优缺点,通过实践应用,采用复合材料补强、结构管卡对海底管道严重凹陷变形进行修复,管道恢复正常运行。During the operation of the submarine oil pipeline,due to construction defects,mechanical damage and other reasons,the pipeline may be dented and deformed.The serious dented deformation of more than 6%not only affects the inspection inside the pipeline,but also may cause the pipeline to break,resulting in crude oil leakage.Taking the repair of dented defects in the subsea pipeline in Cezhen as an example,this paper proposed technical schemes,including structural pipe clamps,mechanical connectors,composite materials,pipe replacement by lifting method,and underwater welding restoration,and the advantages and disadvantages of the five schemes were analyzed.Through practical application,composite material reinforcement and structural pipe clamps were used to repair serious depression and deformation of submarine pipelines.The pipeline is back to normal operation.
