摘 要:为防止压力容器大开孔结构塑性垮塌,保障结构安定性,利用ANSYS软件分别按载荷系数法和塑性垮塌载荷法对某压力容器大开孔结构进行极限载荷分析,采用极限载荷法和弹性应力分类法相结合的方法,结果表明结构满足总体准则、局部准则和安定性要求。给出了大开孔结构极限载荷分析求解过程,可为极限载荷分析法的应用提供借鉴。In order to prevent the plastic collapse of the large openings structure of the pressure vessel and ensure the structural stability,ANSYS software was used to analyze the limit load of a pressure vessel with large openings structure respectively according to the load coefficient method and the plastic collapse load method.Using the method of combining the limit load method with the elastic stress classification method,the results show that the structure meets the overall criterion,local criterion and stability requirement.The analysis and solution process of the limit load of structures with large openings is given,which can provide reference for the application of the limit load analysis method.
