摘  要:目的:以EMCO 600HD五轴联动数控机床为研究对象开发符合机床要求的专用后置处理文件。方法:以S形检测试件作为加工实例,结合机床自身的结构原理和特性,基于UG平台,利用U G/Post Build功能配置符合该机床的专用后置程序,经过仿真验证,最后在机床上进行实际加工验证。结果:成功开发出该机床的后置处理文件,加工出S形检测试件。结论:经过加工仿真和实验验证,证实了该后置处理开发的正确性和可行性,可直接在机床上应用,避免二次开发,降低了编程难度,为其它类型五轴数控机床的后置处理开发提供了参考。Objective:Machine tool post-processing development is one of the key issues in CNC machining technology,and there are current problems such as difficult programming and complex program instructions during the machining process.This paper takes the EMCO 600HD five-axis CNC machine tool as the research object to develop a special post-processing file that meets the requirements of the machine tool.Methods:Using the S-shaped inspection specimen as a machining example,and combined with the structure principle and characteristics of the machine tool itself,based on the UG platform,using the UG/Post Build function to configure a special post-processing program that meets the requirements of the machine tool,then verified it by simulation.Finally,it was verified by actual machining on the machine tool.Results:The post-processing file for this machine tool was successfully developed and the S-shaped inspection specimen was machined.Conclusion:After machining simulation and experimental verification,the correctness and feasibility of the post-processing development were verified,which can be applied directly on the machine tool,which can avoid secondary development,reduce programming difficulty,and provide reference for the post-processing development of other types of five-axis CNC machine tools.
