郑州市某小型污水处理厂黄河流域提标改造工艺探讨

摘  要:郑州市某小型污水处理厂设计污水处理规模为3×10^(4)m^(3)/d,出水经枯河排放至黄河,2022年9月1日前,该污水处理厂出水水质执行GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。根据DB 41/2087—2021《河南省黄河流域水污染物排放标准》要求,该污水处理厂于2022年9月1日起出水水质执行黄河流域一级标准,为此,该污水处理厂进行了提标改造。介绍了提标改造前后污水处理工艺流程,提标改造工程分为新建工程和改建工程,新建工程主要有厌氧池、V型滤池、接触消毒池、变配电室等,改建工程主要对鼓风机房、加药间、反应沉淀池、转盘滤池、生物池等进行不停产改造。提标改造后,出水水质达到黄河流域一级标准,可大大提高该区域的水生态环境质量。The design sewage treatment scale of a small sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou is 3×10^(4)m^(3)/d,the effluent is discharged to the Yellow River through the Kuhe River.Before September 1,2022,the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant will comply with the Class I A standard of the Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002).According to the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in the Yellow River Basin of Henan Province(DB 412087-2021),the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant is required to comply with the Class I standard of the Yellow River Basin from September 1,2022.Therefore,the sewage treatment plant has been upgraded.This paper introduces the sewage treatment process flow before and after the upgrading of the standard.The upgrading of the standard is divided into new projects and reconstruction projects.The new projects mainly include anaerobic tank,V-type filter,contact disinfection tank,power transformation and distribution room,etc.The reconstruction project mainly carries out non-stop reconstruction of the blower room,dosing room,reaction sedimentation tank,rotary filter,biological tank,etc.After the upgrading,the water quality of the outlet reaches the Class 1 standard of the Yellow River basin,which can greatly improve the water ecological environment of the region.
