摘  要:为研究隧道三台阶七步开挖法施工过程中的受力机理,以某公路隧道为背景,运用FLAC3D模拟隧道开挖全过程。研究显示,上台阶开挖诱发的变形超过隧道总体变形的50%,应加强该工序动态过程控制;由于隧道开挖围岩应力重分布,拱顶上部围岩形成低应力区,拱腰处围岩出现应力集中现象,支护设计时应适当提高拱腰部位衬砌强度;上导洞掌子面前约0.5D(D为洞径)区域为岩体塑性区,而核心土体对应掌子面未出现塑性区,说明核心土有利于掌子面的稳定性。In order to study the stress mechanism in the excavation process of a tunnel with three⁃bench seven⁃step method,this paper takes a highway tunnel as the background and uses FLAC3D to simulate the whole process of tunnel excavation.The results show that more than half of the tunnel deformation is caused by the upper bench excavation,and the upper bench excavation is the main link to control the stability and deformation of surrounding rock.The construction management,monitoring and measurement should be strengthened in the construction;Due to the redistribution of stress in the surrounding rock of tunnel excavation,the surrounding rock above the arch crown forms a low stress area,and the surrounding rock at the arch waist appears stress concentration.The lining strength at the arch waist should be properly improved in the support design;The area in front of the upper guide tunnel is about 0.5D(D is the tunnel diameter),which is the plastic zone of rock mass,while the core soil does not appear in the plastic zone corresponding to the tunnel face,and the core soil is conducive to the stability of the tunnel face.
