摘  要:以武汉市某区间地铁隧道工程实例为背景,介绍富水卵砾石泥砂层浅埋隧道施工的难点和风险。利用PLAXIS 2D/3D建立数值模型验证优化方案的可行性。研究结果表明,采用台阶法开挖引起的地表沉降较CRD法小,地表沉降槽的影响范围为隧道中心线左、右两侧的3~4倍隧道断面尺寸;采用全断面注浆搭配管棚支护相较于长短管注浆搭配超前小导管对地表沉降、衬砌结构的变形控制效果优良,前者降低了下穿地下车行通道施工段结构的最大沉降值约46.88%。An example of a running underpass tunnel project in Wuhan is used as the background in this paper.Difficulties and risks in the construction of shallow tunnels with water⁃rich gravel mud and sand stratum are presented.The feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by a numerical model based on PLAXIS 2D/3D.The results show that the ground settlement caused by step excavation method is smaller than that caused by CRD method.When the secondary lining is applied,the size and range of the settlement trough reduce.The size of the tunnel on the left and right sides of the tunnel center line is 3~4times the influence range of the ground settlement trough.The full section grouting combined with pipe shed support has better effect on surface settlement and deformation control of lining structure than the long and short pipe grouting combined with advanced small pipe.At the same time,for the construction section under the underground vehicle passage,the maximum settlement value of the structure reduces by about 46.88%.
