摘 要:基于襄阳东西轴线沉管隧道项目,结合工程施工工艺和富水的强渗透性地层条件,通过方案比选后,选定干坞坞口二次止水围堰的结构形式,设计了锁扣型分片拼装式的二次止水围堰。针对双壁钢围堰与轻质夹壁混凝土结合的复合墙体形式,对围堰受力特性、围堰沉放与定位拼装、分片间连接形式、与既有建筑物的连接形式及节点止水措施展开研究,为干坞坞口创造了二次干燥施工环境并确保安全,解决了干坞坞口对接端施工难题。Based on Xiangyang east⁃west axis immersed tunnel project,combined with engineering construction technology and water⁃rich strong permeability stratum conditions,the structure of secondary watertight cofferdam of dry dock is selected after scheme comparison,and the piece⁃assembled secondary watertight cofferdam is designed.For steel cofferdam and lightweight composite wall form of composite wall,the mechanical characteristics of cofferdam,cofferdam lowered and positioning,the connection with the fragmentation,and both the structure of the form and nodes connected water measures study,secondary dry construction environment of the dry dock port is created and safety is ensured,which solves the problem of the dry dock port docking port construction.
