摘  要:目的:考察农村小学寄宿生累积情境风险与亲社会行为的关系及其内部机制。方法:采用问卷法测查了636名农村小学寄宿生累积情境风险、亲社会行为、积极情绪和心理资本状况。结果:①累积情境风险与亲社会行为、积极情绪、心理资本均呈显著负相关(r=0.44~0.54,P<0.001);②积极情绪在累积情境风险和亲社会行为之间起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的35.94%;③该中介作用受到心理资本的调节作用。具体而言,心理资本在累积情境风险对亲社会行为、积极情绪影响中的调节作用符合“杯水车薪”模式(β=-0.05,-0.05;P<0.001),心理资本在积极情绪对亲社会行为影响中的调节作用符合“锦上添花”模式(β=0.01,P<0.001)。结论:累积情境风险不仅直接影响农村小学寄宿生的亲社会行为,还通过积极情绪间接影响其亲社会行为,其中,心理资本的两种调节作用模式启示,应针对农村小学寄宿生开展不同的心理干预,为农村小学寄宿生抵御累积情境风险,促进亲社会行为提供了参考。Objective:To investigate the relationship between cumulative contextual risk and prosocial behavior of boarding students in rural primary schools and its internal mechanism.Methods:A total of 636 boarding students of grade 4-6 in rural primaryschools were investigated by questionnaire,including scales of the cumulative contextual risk,prosocial behavior,positive emotions,and psychological capital.Results:①Cumulative contextual risk was negatively correlated with prosocial behavior,positive emotions,and psychological capital(r=0.44~0.54,P<0.001).②Positive emotions played a mediating role between cumulative contextual risk and prosocial behavior,with the mediating effect accounting for 35.94%of the total effect.③The mediating effect was moderated by psychological capital.Specifically,the moderating role of psychological capital in the impact of cumulative contextual risk on prosocial behavior and positive emotions conformed to the"drop in the bucket"model(β=-0.05,-0.05,P<0.001),and the moderating role of psychological capital in the impact of positive emotions on prosocial behavior conformed to the"icing on the cake"model(β=0.01,P<0.001).Conclusion:Cumulative contextual risk not only directly impacts the prosocial behavior of boarding students in rural primary schools,but also indirectly impacts their prosocial behavior through positive emotions,among which,two moderate models of psychological capital suggest that different psychological interventions should be carried out for boarding students in rural primary schools,this provides a reference for boarding students in rural primary schools to resist cumulative contextual risk and promote prosocial behavior.
