摘 要:这是一篇陶瓷及复合材料领域的论文。以攀枝花本地的天然矿物原料高岭土和含铁质的红泥,添加钾长石为助熔剂,采用一步烧结法制备微晶陶瓷,用X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度计、万能试验机、电子显微镜、热重-热差等测试制备的微晶陶瓷样品进行表征。结果表明:当高岭土含量为27%,钾长石的含量为25%,红泥含量为55%,烧结温度1250℃保温90 min,此时的微晶陶瓷吸水率为0.08%、显气孔率为0.15%、洛氏硬度78.48 HRA、抗弯强度51 MPa、主晶相为莫来石相、晶粒直径-6μm、晶粒含量可达61.35%。此工艺制备的微晶陶瓷呈暗红色,外观平滑光亮,具有温润的玉质感。This is an essay in the field of ceramics and composites.The microcrystalline ceramics were prepared by a one-step sintering method with kaolin and ferric red mud from Panzhihua,adding potassium feldspar as flux.The microcrystalline ceramics samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,Rockwell hardness tester,universal testing machine,electron microscope,thermogravimetric and thermal differential tests.The results show that:When kaolin content is 27%,potassium feldspar content is 25%,red mud content is 55%,sintering temperature is 1250℃,holding for 90 min,At this time,the water absorption rate of microcrystalline ceramics is 0.08%,the apparent porosity is 0.15%,the Rockwell hardness is 78.48 HRA,the bending strength is 51 MPa,the main crystal phase is mullite,the grain diameter is less than 6μm,the grain content can reach 61.35%.The microcrystalline ceramics prepared by this process are dark red,smooth and bright in appearance,and have a warm and moist feeling of jade quality.
