摘　　要：通过介绍锂电池汽车的基本概念与发展现状,分析滚装客船载运锂电池汽车的法律要求与实践,指出滚装客船载运锂电池汽车存在的问题,提出保障滚装客船载运锂电池汽车安全的海事监管对策。This paper introduces the basic concept and development status of lithium-ion battery vehicles,analyzes the legal requirements and practices on the transportation of lithium-ion battery vehicles on ro-ro passenger ships,points out the existing problems,and proposes countermeasures for the maritime administration aiming at ensuring the safe transportation of lithium-ion battery vehicles on ro-ro passenger ships.
