摘　　要：分析海南发展仲裁业面临的主要问题,结合海事仲裁发达国家(地区)经验以及海南自贸港建设实际,提出了推动海南自贸港国际海事仲裁业的具体举措,并阐述了海事部门在其中可以发挥的作用,具有现实意义。Based on a study of the main problems in the development of arbitration in Hainan,the paper puts forward specific measures to promote the international maritime arbitration in Hainan Free Trade Port,and describes the role that the maritime sector can play in the development of maritime arbitration in view of the experience of developed countries(regions)for maritime arbitration and the actual construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
