苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月于本院就诊的80例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组采取硝苯地平缓释片治疗,实验组采取苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、血压及肾功能指标。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组平均收缩压(mSBP)、平均舒张压(mDBP)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组mSBP、mDBP水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)水平、肾小球滤过率(GFR)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组β_(2)-MG水平低于对照组,GFR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压患者疗效显著,可稳定患者血压水平,改善肾功能,提高生命质量,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 80 hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,while the experimental group was treated with levamlodiping besylate tablets,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,changes in blood pressure and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.00%,which was lower than 27.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in mean systolic blood pressure(mSBP)and mean diastolic blood pressure(mDBP)levels between the two groups;after treatment,mSBP and mDBP levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference inβ_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)between the two groups;after treatment,theβ_(2)-MG level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the GFR was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodiping besylate tablets is effective in the treatment of hypertensive patients,it can stabilize blood pressure,improve renal function and improve life quality,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
