左甲状腺素钠治疗先天性甲状腺功能低下患儿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2020年4月至2021年7月本院收治的80例CH患儿作为研究对象,均予以左甲状腺素钠治疗,比较患儿治疗前后甲状腺指标、智力状况、身高和体质量发育情况。结果治疗后,患儿促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度低于治疗前,三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)浓度均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,患儿智力正常68例(85.00%),智力状况可疑11例(13.75%),智力异常1例(1.25%)。治疗1年后,95.00%(76/80)患儿身高发育情况达到正常水平,97.50%(78/80)对象体质量发育情况达到正常水平。结论左甲状腺素钠片治疗CH拥有理想的临床效果,其能外源补充CH患儿甲状腺素,有效改善患儿甲状腺功能,促使其健康成长,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of children with congenital hypothyroidism(CH).Methods 80 children with congenital hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom were treated with left thyroxine sodium,the thyroid indicators,intellectual status,height and body mass of the children before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the concentration of Thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in children was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the concentrations of triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroid(FT4)hormones were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After one year of treatment,according to developmental quotient(DQ)evaluation,68 cases(85.00%)had normal intelligence,11 cases(13.75%)had suspicious intelligence,and 1 case(1.25%)had abnormal intelligence.After one year of treatment,95.00%(76/80)of the children's height development reached normal levels,and 97.50%(78/80)of the subjects'body mass development reached normal levels.Conclusion Left Thyroxine sodium tablet has an ideal clinical effect on congenital hypothyroidism,it can supplement Thyroxine for children with CH,effectively improve their thyroid function,and promote their healthy growth,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
