摘　　要：数字化的飞速发展对新文科人才教育教学产生重大影响,对新文科人才的能力发展提出了新的需求。新文科人才培养应积极通过价值引导铸魂、学科交叉强基、双创融合拓新、数字赋能提质、服务地方增效探索自主发展路径。广东财经大学积极回应国家战略需要、社会发展需求和数字化的要求,形成了新文科人才培养应遵循使命逻辑、内涵逻辑、未来逻辑和区域逻辑“四大逻辑”的发展思路,通过凝心铸魂育新人、五融一体开新局、高质量发展谱新篇的“三新举措”扎实推进新文科教育行稳致远,培养数字化背景下引领经济社会发展、担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。The rapid digitalization has had a significant impact on the education of new humanities and social sciences talents,raising new demands on talent and abilities.The cultivation of new humanities and social sciences talents should explore the independent development path:forging the inner strength through value guidance,strengthening basic disciplines through interdisciplinary integration,blazing new paths for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,im⁃proving education quality through the application of digital technology and enhancing the actual effect of cultivation through serving the local community.Guangdong University of Finance and Economics positively responds to national strategic needs,social development and digital requirements by forming a development strategy based on the"four main logics"of mission,content,prospects and community.Through forging the inner strength,promoting"five integrations"and pursuing high-quality development,the university is making solid progress in its new humanities and social sciences education,striving to cultivate a new generation of talents who are able to play the leading role in economic and social de⁃velopment and shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
