摘 要:针对被测模型质心测量精度高、变化范围小的动态测试需求,以四点支撑式压电测力仪为基础开展了测量方法研究。分析对比单一状态测量质心法与两状态测量质心方法,以测量精度为目标对两状态测三维质心法进行研究与改进,最终确定图解法三维测量质心。通过仿真分析进行了方法可行性验证,设计两状态质心测量结构,采用放置小砝码进行质心测量实验。实验结果表明:改进后的测量方法满足三维质心的测量精度需求。For the dynamic testing needs of high accuracy and small variation range of the measured model center of mass measurement,the measurement method research was carried out based on the four-point support piezoelectric force measuring instrument.The single-state and two-state center of mass measurement methods were analyzed and compared.The two-state method was studied and improved with the goal of measurement accuracy.Finally,the graphical method of 3D center of mass measurement was determined.The feasibility of the method was verified by simulation analysis.The two-state center-of-mass measurement structure was designed and the center-of-mass measurement experiments were carried out by placing small weights.The experimental results show that the improved measurement method satisfies the measurement accuracy requirement of the 3D center of mass.
