摘 要:目的:研究三种与血糖检测相关的真空采血管血糖的稳定性及差异,探讨针对糖酵解引起的变异的应对措施,提高实验室血糖检测质量。方法:对30名受试者,以氟化钠管、肝素管和分离胶管各抽取静脉血1管,3~5mL/管,即每人3管。离心,于采血后0.5h、1h、2h、4h、6h、24h、48h、72h检测血糖浓度,用肝素管和分离胶管分别与氟化钠管按时间分组配对,进行秩和检验分析。结果:①三种采血管血糖检测均值如下:0.5~72h,氟化钠管由(5.826±0.625)mmol/L降至(5.753±0.637)mmol/L;肝素管由(5.843±0.643)mmol/L降至(3.338±0.673)mmol/L;分离胶管由(5.829±0.602)mmol/L降至(5.645±0.712)mmol/L,均随时间延长,检测值逐步下降,肝素管下降程度远大于氟化钠管和分离胶管。②肝素管0.5~2h血糖检测值与氟化钠管差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),4~72h血糖检测值明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。分离胶管0.5~48h血糖检测值与氟化钠管差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),72h血糖检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:糖酵解对血糖检测准确性影响较大,通过选择合适的真空采血管,可减小此误差。Objective:To study the stability and differences of blood glucose in three kinds of vacuum collection vessels related to blood glucose detection,explore countermeasures against the variation caused by glycolysis,and improve the quality of blood glucose detection in the laboratory.Methods:For 30 subjects,1 venous blood tube(3-5mL/tube)was drawn from each patient with sodium fluoride tube,heparin tube and separation hose,three tubes in total.and centrifuged.blood glucose concentration was detected at 0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h,24h,48h and 72h after blood collection.heparin tubes and separation tubes were paired with sodium fluoride tubes according to time group,and the rank sum test was performed.Results:①The mean values of blood glucose detection in three sampling vessels were as follows:at 0.5-72h sodium fluoride tube,(5.826±0.625)mmol/L to(5.753±0.637)mmol/L;Heparin tube,(5.843±0.643)mmol/L to(3.338±0.673)mmol/L;Separation tubes were(5.829±0.602)mmol/L to(5.645±0.712)mmol/L,and the detection value decreased gradually with the extension of time.The decrease degree of heparin tubes was much greater than that of sodium fluoride tubes and separation tubes.②There was no statistical significance in blood glucose detection between heparin tube and sodium fluoride tube at 0.5-2h(P>0.05),while blood glucose detection at 4-72h decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in blood glucose detection between the separation tube and sodium fluoride tube at 0.5-48h(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance at 72h(P<0.01).Conclusion:Glycolysis has a great influence on the accuracy of blood glucose detection.the error can be minimized by selecting suitable vacuum sampling tube.
