摘  要:目的:探讨高分辨率CT扫描技术在特发性间质纤维化诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择20例特发性肺间质纤维化患者,对所有患者分别采用普通CT扫描和高分辨率CT扫描,分析特发性肺间质纤维化的CT表现情况。结果:CT征象主要包括8项,通过高分辨率CT扫描,可以将小叶性肺气肿、胸膜下线进行清晰显示,通过普通CT扫描,则无法对以上情况进行清晰显示;通过高分辨率CT扫描,在小叶间隔不规则增厚方面的显示明显优于普通CT扫描,另外,两种扫描方式均能够对网状改变、蜂窝肺、磨玻璃样密度影等征象进行清晰展示。结论:通过高分辨率CT扫描,能够对肺的细微性结构、病灶进行清晰显示,对于通过普通CT扫描无法显示的征象,可以清晰观察,从而对特发性间质纤维化的早期表现进行反映,进而对病灶的活动性进行评价,为临床诊断以及治疗提供明确方向。Objective:To study the clinical value of high-resolution CT scanning in the diagnosis of idiopathic interstitial fibrosis.Methods:20 patients with idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were selected.All patients were scanned with ordinary CT and high-resolution CT respectively,and the CT manifestations of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were analyzed.Results:CT signs mainly include eight items.Lobular emphysema and subpleural line can be clearly displayed by high-resolution CT scanning,but the above conditions cannot be clearly displayed by ordinary CT scanning;Through high-resolution CT scanning,the display of irregular thickening of interlobular septum is significantly better than that of ordinary CT scanning.In addition,both scanning methods can clearly show the signs of reticular changes,honeycomb lung,ground glass density shadow and so on.Conclusion:Through high-resolution CT scanning,the fine structure and focus of the lung can be clearly displayed,and the signs that cannot be displayed by ordinary CT scanning can be cleaned and observed,so as to respond to the early manifestations of idiopathic interstitial fibrosis,and then evaluate the activity of the focus,so as to provide a clear direction for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
