CT血管成像与数字减影血管造影技术对下肢闭塞性动脉硬化诊断的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比研究CT血管成像与数字减影血管造影技术对下肢闭塞性动脉硬化(ASO)的诊断价值。方法:纳入2020年7月~2022年7月本院影像科接诊疑似为下肢ASO的患者83例为观察对象,分别采用CT血管成像与数字减影血管造影技术进行疾病检查,以数字减影血管造影技术诊断结果作为金标准,对比分析二者在下肢ASO诊断中的临床价值,结果:83例患者,经数字减影血管造影技术诊断出ASO患者67例,其中19例Ⅰ级,24例Ⅱ级,13例Ⅲ级,11例Ⅳ级;经CT血管成像检出65例,其中18例Ⅰ级,23例Ⅱ级,13例Ⅲ级,11例Ⅳ级,CT血管成像疾病诊断灵敏度97.01%、特异度87.50%以及准确率97.59%与数字减影血管造影技术的100.00%、100.00%、100.00%对比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:CT血管成像与数字减影血管造影技术用于下肢闭塞性动脉硬化诊断均能取得良好效果,二者诊断效能接近,可有效鉴别患者的下肢动脉血管闭塞程度,从而为其后续治疗提供的可靠依据。Objective:Comparative study on the diagnostic value of CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography in lower limb occlusive arteriosclerosis(ASO).Methods:83 patients suspected of lower limb ASO admitted to the imaging department of our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were included as observation subjects.CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography were used for disease examination,and the diagnostic results of digital subtraction angiography were used as the gold standard.The clinical value of the two in the diagnosis of lower limb ASO was compared and analyzed.Results:Among the 83 patients,67 were diagnosed with ASO using digital subtraction angiography,among them,19 cases were grade I,24 cases were grade II,13 cases were grade III,and 11 cases were grade IV;65 cases were detected by CT angiography,including 18 cases of grade I,23 cases of grade II,13 cases of grade III,and 11 cases of grade IV.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of CT angiography for disease diagnosis were 97.01%,87.50%,and 97.59%,respectively.There was no significant difference compared to the 100.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%of digital subtraction angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography techniques can achieve good results in the diagnosis of lower limb occlusive arteriosclerosis,and their diagnostic efficacy is similar.They can effectively distinguish the degree of lower limb arterial occlusion in patients,providing a reliable basis for their subsequent treatment.
