摘　　要：目的:探讨计算机体层成像(CT)三维重建联合模拟手术辅助切开复位内固定在过伸性胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年1月本院收治的82例过伸性胫骨平台骨折患者,随机分为对照组(常规手术内固定)与观察组(CT三维重建联合模拟手术辅助切开复位内固定治疗),比较治疗效果。结果:治疗优良率、术后满意度评分、骨折愈合时间方面,观察组较对照组优(P<0.05);美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分方面,两组术前未见显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:过伸性胫骨平台骨折临床治疗过程中,CT三维重建联合模拟手术辅助切开复位内固定疗法的应用有助于整体治疗效果的提高,缩短骨折愈合时间,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of CT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with simulated surgery assisted open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of hyperextended tibial plateau fractures.Methods:82 patients with hyperextension tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group(routine surgical internal fixation)and observation group(CT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with simulated surgery assisted open reduction and internal fixation),and the treatment effects were compared.Results:The observation group was better than the control group in terms of excellent and good treatment rate,postoperative satisfaction score and fracture healing time(P<0.05);In terms of HSS knee score,there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);The postoperative rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of hyperextension tibial plateau fracture,the application of CT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with simulated surgery assisted open reduction and internal fixation is helpful to improve the overall treatment effect,shorten the fracture healing time as much as possible,and has high safety.
