摘　　要：目的:探讨不同的激光美容技术对皮肤科患者进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年1月在本院皮肤科接受治疗的患者172例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其平均分成两组,86例对照组采用以色列飞顿辉煌激光光子工作站实施临床治疗,86例观察组在以色列飞顿辉煌激光光子工作站实施临床治疗的基础上联合强脉冲光技术治疗。比较两组皮肤损伤程度、皮肤损伤愈合时间,对比两组激光美容治疗效果,记录皮肤萎缩、瘢痕以及复发的情况。结果:观察组皮肤损伤程度明显轻于对照组,皮肤损伤愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率96.5%(83/86)明显高于对照组80.2%(69/86),差异显著,P<0.05;观察组皮肤萎缩发生率2.3%(2/86)、复发率1.2%(1/86)均明显低于对照组11.6%(10/86)、9.3%(8/86),观察组瘢痕发生率4.7%(4/86)与对照组7.0%(6/86)差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:以色列飞顿辉煌激光光子工作站联合强脉冲光技术治疗可以获得较好的医学美容治疗效果,不仅可以缩短恢复时间,安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of different laser cosmetic techniques on patients with dermatology.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,172 patients treated by the dermatology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were evenly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and 86 control patients were treated by the Israel Freton Brilliant laser photon workstation.The 86 patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of intense pulse light technology on the basis of clinical treatment at the brilliant laser photon workstation in Feidon,Israel.The degree of skin injury and healing time of skin injury were compared between the two groups,and the effect of laser cosmetic treatment was compared between the two groups,and the situation of skin atrophy,scar and recurrence was recorded.Results:The degree of skin injury in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group,and the healing time of skin injury was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of 96.5%(83/86)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 80.2%(69/86)in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of skin atrophy in the observation group was 2.3%(2/86),and the recurrence rate was 1.2%(1/86),which were significantly lower than the control group's 11.6%(10/86)and 9.3%(8/86).The incidence of scars in the observation group was 4.7%(4/86),and there was no significant difference compared to the control group's 7.0%(6/86),P>0.05.Conclusion:Israel Feidon Brilliant laser photon workstation combined with intense pulse light technology can obtain better medical aesthetic treatment effect,not only can shorten the recovery time,high safety.
