精细化管理模式用于临床手术室医疗设备管理中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨在医院临床手术室医疗设备管理中采用精细化管理模式干预的实际效果。方法:抽取104场手术,研究时段介于2021年7月~2023年1月,对照组62场,开展有常规护理,观察组62场,开展精细化管理。对比两组的手术室医疗设备无菌率、完备率、医生满意度、手术安全事件发生率、手术室管理工作效率和管理质量评分结果。结果:实施精细化管理后,除手术安全事件发生率外(0,6.45%),手术室医疗设备无菌率、完备率、医生满意度、手术室管理工作效率和管理质量评分结果均有显著提高,实施后分别为100.00%、98.39%、96.77%、(90.66±2.86)分、(93.58±2.18)分;实施前对应结果为93.55%、88.71%、85.48%、(85.36±3.69)分、(87.28±1.36)分,计算结果提示具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过实施精细化管理能够有效提高医院临床手术室医疗设备管理质量,有利于保证医疗设备的无菌性、完备性,提高医生的满意度,同时还可有效降低手术安全事件发生率,对医疗服务质量的提高具有重要促进作用。Objective:To explore the practical effect of adopting a refined management model intervention in the management of medical equipment in clinical operating rooms of hospitals.Methods:104 surgeries were selected,with a study period from July 2021 to January 2023.A control group of 62 surgeries received routine care,while an observation group of 62 surgeries received refined management.Compare the sterile rate,completeness rate,doctor satisfaction,occurrence rate of surgical safety events,operating room management efficiency,and management quality scoring results of two groups of operating room medical equipment.Results:After implementing refined management,except for the incidence of surgical safety incidents(0,6.45%),the sterile rate,completeness rate,doctor satisfaction,operating room management efficiency,and management quality scores of medical equipment in the operating room were significantly improved.After implementation,the scores were 100.00%,98.39%,96.77%,(90.66±2.86)points and(93.58±2.18)points,respectively;The corresponding results before implementation were 93.55%,88.71%,85.48%,(85.36±3.69)points and(87.28±1.36)points,indicating significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing refined management can effectively improve the quality of medical equipment management in hospital clinical operating rooms,which is conducive to ensuring the sterility and completeness of medical equipment,improving doctor satisfaction,and effectively reducing the incidence of surgical safety incidents.It plays an important role in promoting the improvement of medical service quality.
