摘　　要：目的:探讨在成人功能性便秘患者结肠灌洗前后评估中应用二维超声的价值。方法:选取2019年11月~2021年7月50例便秘患者,分为治疗前组和治疗后组。对患者进行腹部二维超声、CT检查,分析总结患者超声检出情况及治疗前后效果的评估是否具有统计学意义。结果:研究结果表明,超声较CT对成人功能性便秘的检出无明显差异(P>0.05)。超声对便秘患者治疗前后的治疗效果评估具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。便秘患者超声图像表现为:肠管扩张,肠腔内见多个强回声光团,后方回声衰减。治疗后超声表现为:部分肠管内见液性暗区,未见强回声光团,部分肠管内较治疗前无明显变化。结论:二维超声检查用于功能性便秘患者结肠灌洗治疗前后评估中,可有效评估结肠灌洗效果,为功能性便秘提供诊断及疗效评估价值。Objective:To investigate the value of two-dimensional ultrasound in the evaluation of colonic lavage in adult patients with functional constipation.Methods:50 patients with constipation(from November 2019 to July 2021)were selected and divided into pre-treatment group and post-treatment group.Abdominal two-dimensional ultrasound and CT examination were performed to analyze and summarize the ultrasonic detection of patients,and whether the effect before and after treatment was statistically significant.Results:The results showed that there was no significant difference between ultrasound and CT in the detection of functional constipation in adults(P>0.05).The effect of ultrasound on constipation patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ultrasound images of constipation patients showed intestinal dilatation,multiple echogenic light groups in the intestinal lumen,and echogenic attenuation in the rear.After treatment,there were liquid dark areas in some intestines,no strong echo group,and no significant changes in some intestines compared with before treatment.Conclusion:Two-dimensional ultrasound can effectively evaluate the effect of colonic lavage in patients with functional constipation before and after treatment,and provide diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation value for functional constipation.
