摘  要:目的:探究盆腔肿块的临床诊断中,采用经阴道超声的应用价值。方法:选择医院2021年2月~2022年2月就诊的120例妇科盆腔肿块患者,全部均接受经腹部超声检查以及经阴道超声检查,分析在妇科盆腔肿块诊断中使用经阴道超声诊断的效果。结果:经阴道超声检查在巧克力囊肿(96.30%)、子宫肌瘤(95.65%)、子宫肌腺病(100.00%)、异位妊娠(100.00%)、黄体囊肿(100.00%)、炎性肿块(100.00%)、囊腺瘤的检出率(100.00%)以及总检出率(97.50%)高于经腹部超声(74.07%、60.87%、61.11%、66.67%、53.85%、37.50%、40.00%、60.83%),存在统计学意义,P<0.05。经阴道超声检查在输卵管积水的检出率90.91%高于经腹部超声的54.55%,无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:经阴道B超诊断是一种简便、价格低廉的检查方法,可以有效增加盆腔肿块的检出率。Objective:To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of pelvic mass.Methods:From February 2021 to February 2022,120 patients with gynecological pelvic mass in our hospital were selected,all of whom received transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography,and the effect of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological pelvic mass was analyzed.Results:The detection rate of chocolate cyst 96.30%,uterine myoma 95.65%,myadenosis 100.00%,ectopic pregnancy 100.00%,luteal cyst 100.00%,inflammatory mass 100.00%,cystadenoma 100.00%and the total detection rate 97.50%were higher than those of abdominal ultrasonography(74.07%,60.87%,61.11%,66.67%,53.85%,37.50%,40.00%,60.83%),there was statistical significance P<0.05.The detection rate of hydrosalpinx by transvaginal ultrasonography(90.91%)was higher than that by transabdominal ultrasonography(54.55%),with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasonography is a simple and inexpensive examination method,which can effectively increase the detection rate of pelvic mass.
