Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声刀与Erbe VIO 300S高频电刀治疗甲状腺切除患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:对比分析在为甲状腺切除患者实施治疗的过程中Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声刀与Erbe VIO 300S高频电刀获得的临床效果。方法:本研究对象随机选取2019年8月~2022年8月在医院接受甲状腺切除治疗的患者42例,电脑随机分为研究组(n=21)与参照组(n=21),治疗方法分别为EthiconEndo-Surgery超声刀与ErbeVIO 300S高频电刀。结果:研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、引流量以及术后疼痛评分、住院时间等临床指标均显著差别于参照组患者,P<0.05。研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于参照组患者,P<0.05。研究组患者治疗后上述指标水平明显差别于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声刀属于甲状腺切除患者的理想手术方法,效果显著优于ErbeVIO300S高频电刀。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Ethicon Endo-Surgery and Erbe VIO 300S high frequency electrotome in the treatment of patients with thyroidectomy.Methods:A total of 42 patients undergoing thyroidectomy in a hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were randomly divided into study group(n=21)and control group(n=21),the treatment methods are Ethicon Endo Surgery ultrasound knife and Erbe VIO 300S high-frequency electric knife,respectively.Results:The clinical indicators such as surgical time,intraoperative bleeding volume,incision length,drainage volume,postoperative pain score,and hospital stay in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The levels of the above indicators in the study group were significantly different from those in the reference group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ethicon Endo-Surgery is an ideal method for thyroidectomy,and the effect is better than that of Erbe VIO 300S.
