摘　　要：近几年,临床医学上心理科和精神科领域的患者就诊治疗数量大幅增加,很多患者都存在不同类型、不同程度的心理疾病。心理CT在临床医学中的心理疾病辅助诊断检查有着广泛应用,可以对就诊患者当前的心理健康和心理素质状况进行比较具体、细致的测评。目前临床上应用的心理测评系统种类较多,可选性较高,首品康达TD-5000V型是智能化水平较高的心理测评系统,具备“心理测评—心理分析—心理指导—心理治疗”四位一体运行模式,能够比较好地完成心理CT测评诊断检查任务,再根据心理测试和评估结果,对患者进行针对性的临床治疗干预。基于此,文章以首品康达TD-5000V型心理CT系统为例,简要分析了智能化心理测评系统的设计与应用。In recent years,the number of patients in psychological and psychiatric fields has increased greatly,and many patients have different types and degrees of mental diseases.Psychological CT has been widely used in the auxiliary diagnosis of mental diseases in clinical medicine.It can be used to evaluate the current mental health and mental quality of the patients.At present,there are many kinds of psychological assessment systems in clinical application,and the first Kangda TD-5000V is a high level of intelligence psychological assessment system,it has a four-in-one operation mode of“Psychological evaluation-psychological analysis-psychological guidance-psychological treatment”,which can better complete the tasks of psychological CT evaluation,diagnosis and examination,and then according to the results of psychological testing and evaluation,to carry on the targeted clinical treatment intervention to the patient.Based on this,the article takes the first product Kangda TD-5000V psychological CT system as an example,briefly analyzes the design and application of intelligent psychological evaluation system.
