摘　　要：先天性心脏病是一种对胎儿时期由心血管异常发育所导致的先天性疾病,该病约占婴幼儿心脏疾病的10%左右。先天性心脏病的出现与环境因素以及遗传因素均有密切的联系。患儿在出生后,将会出现活动耐力下降、呼吸困难以及紫绀等多种症状,这就会严重影响其正常的生长发育,还会对其家庭带来巨大的经济负担。所以,为了实现优生出生和优生保健,必须对先天性心脏病进行有效的诊断,确定胎儿疾病的严重程度,并采取有效的干预措施,从而达到理想的预后。目前,先天性心脏病常见的检查方法是超声检查。因为临床超声检查的方法很多,所以选择有效的检查方法来提高先心病的检出率是很有必要的。因此,本文首先将概述早孕期心脏结构异常与先天性心脏病之间的关系,然后分析早孕期超声软指标与先天性心脏病之间的关系,最后详细阐述超声诊断技术对先天性心脏病的诊断方法,希望可以为相关工作人员提供有用的参考。Congenital heart disease(CHD)is a congenital disease caused by abnormal development of cardiovascular system during fetal period.It accounts for about 10%of the heart diseases in infants.The occurrence of congenital heart disease is closely related to environmental factors and genetic factors.After birth,children will have decreased activity tolerance,dyspnea,cyanosis and other symptoms,which will seriously affect their normal growth and development,but also bring a huge economic burden to their families.Therefore,in order to achieve eugenic birth and eugenic care,it is necessary to effectively diagnose congenital heart disease,determine the severity of fetal disease,and take effective intervention measures,so as to achieve an ideal prognosis.At present,the common examination method for congenital heart disease is ultrasound examination.Because there are many clinical ultrasound examination methods,it is necessary to choose the best examination method to improve the detection rate of congenital heart disease.Therefore,this paper will outline the early cardiac structural abnormalities during pregnancy and the relationship between the congenital heart disease,and then analysis of early pregnancy ultrasound soft data and the relationship between the congenital heart disease,finally in detail in this paper,the ultrasound diagnostic technique method to the diagnosis of congenital heart disease,hope can provide useful reference for relevant workers.
