摘 要:目的:对比研究泌尿系统疾病患者在病情诊断过程中,采用尿液分析仪与尿液沉渣镜检法两种方法实施尿常规检验的优劣互补。方法:选择2019年1月~2021年12月在本院就诊,并接受尿常规检验的90例确诊泌尿系统疾病患者,以干化学试剂带法作为金标准,根据病情诊断需要在尿常规检查中所选择的方法的不同,将其分成三组。甲组中30例患者采用尿液分析仪法进行尿常规检验;乙组中30例患者采用尿液沉渣镜检法进行尿常规检验;丙组中30例患者采用尿液沉渣镜检法联合尿液分析仪进行尿常规检验。对比三组研究对象检验结果。结果:甲组研究对象尿常规检查时间、病情确诊时间、住院总时间均短于乙组,P<0.05,乙组短于丙组,P<0.05;丙组检测结果与干化学试剂带法检验结果符合率高于甲组,P<0.05;丙组误诊和漏诊例数少于甲组,P<0.05;丙组检验工作差错性事件和纠纷事件发生率低于甲组,P<0.05;丙组对检验方案及结果满意度高于甲组,P<0.05;丙组红细胞和白细胞检测结果阳性率高于甲组,P<0.05。结论:尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检法联合应用进行尿常规检验具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of urine analyzer and urine sediment microscopy in the diagnosis of patients with urinary system diseases.Methods:90 patients with confirmed urinary system diseases who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 and received routine urine tests were selected.The dry chemical reagent strip method was used as the gold standard.According to the different methods selected in routine urine tests according to the needs of disease diagnosis,they were divided into three groups.In group A,30 patients were tested by urine analyzer;In group B,30 patients were examined by urine sediment microscopy;In group C,30 patients were examined by urine sediment microscopy combined with urine analyzer.Compare the three groups of research objects and test the results.Results:The urine routine examination time,diagnosis time,and total hospitalization time of the study subjects in group A were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05),while those in group B were shorter than those in group C(P<0.05);The coincidence rate between the test results of group C and the results of dry chemical reagent strip method was higher than that of group A,P<0.05;The number of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis cases in group C was less than that in group A,P<0.05;The incidence of errors and disputes in the inspection work of group C was lower than that of group A,P<0.05;The satisfaction of group C with the inspection plan and results was higher than that of group A,P<0.05;The positive rate of red blood cell and white blood cell test results in group C was higher than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of urine analyzer and urine sediment microscopic examination has high clinical value in routine urine examination.
