摘　　要：目的:分析在肝炎酶联免疫吸附试验中应用全自动酶免分析仪诊断的应用价值。方法:本次选取院内疑似肝炎患者300例入组,为患者采取肝炎酶联免疫吸附试验,将临床确诊作为金标准,分析全自动酶免分析仪在诊断中的特异度、灵敏度,准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、误诊率及漏诊率。结果:在300例检查患者中,临床确诊丙型肝炎阳性30例,乙型肝炎阳性150例,乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎全自动分析仪诊断灵敏度、准确率、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值与临床确诊对比,差异性较小,相似度较高(P>0.05);乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎全自动分析仪诊断的误诊率、漏诊率较低,与临床确诊无差异(P>0.05)。结论:全自动酶免分析仪诊断肝炎准确率较高。Objective:To analyze the application value of fully automated enzyme immunoassay analyzer in the diagnosis of hepatitis.Methods:300 suspected hepatitis patients in the hospital were selected for inclusion in this study.Hepatitis enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed on the patients,with clinical diagnosis as the gold standard.The specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate of the fully automated enzyme immunoassay analyzer in diagnosis were analyzed.Results:Among the 300 patients examined,30 were clinically confirmed to be positive for hepatitis C and 150 were positive for hepatitis B.The diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of the hepatitis B and hepatitis C automatic analyzer were compared with clinical diagnosis,with small differences and high similarity(P>0.05);The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of hepatitis B and hepatitis C are relatively low,and there is no difference between them and clinical diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The fully automated enzyme immunoassay analyzer has a high accuracy in diagnosing hepatitis.
