16排CT与腹部X射线平片对肠梗阻患者的临床诊断价值比较

摘　　要：目的:分析肠梗阻患者诊断中应用16排CT、腹部X射线片的效果和价值,探讨其临床意义。方法:选择2017年1月~2023年1月本院收治的80例疑似肠梗阻患者为对象。全部患者均具备手术指征经过手术治疗能够获得病理学诊断,对其实施16排CT、腹部X射线片扫描检查。分析两种检查方式的诊断效能,比较两种方式定位肠梗阻的准确率差异。结果:80例患者手术确诊肠梗阻68例,其中16排CT、腹部X射线片分别检出66例、58例。16排CT扫描诊断肠梗阻的准确率、灵敏度、特异度均高于腹部X射线片(P<0.05)。16排CT对肠梗阻定位的诊断符合率高于腹部X射线片(P<0.05)。结论:16排CT诊断肠梗阻具有较高的准确率、特异度和灵敏度,且该方式能够辅助定位肠梗阻部位,继而为后续治疗提供指导和参考。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness and value of using 16 row CT and abdominal X-ray films in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction patients,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods:80 suspected intestinal obstruction patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects,with inclusion time and sample size from January 2017 to January 2023,respectively.All patients have surgical indications and can obtain pathological diagnosis through surgical treatment.They will undergo 16 row CT and abdominal X-ray scanning.Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of two examination methods and compare their accuracy in locating intestinal obstruction.Results:Among the 80 patients,68 were diagnosed with intestinal obstruction through surgery,of which 66 were detected on 16 row CT and 58 were detected on abdominal X-ray films.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of 16 row CT scanning in diagnosing intestinal obstruction were higher than those of abdominal X-ray films(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of 16 row CT in the localization of intestinal obstruction was higher than that of abdominal X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion:16 row CT has a high accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity in diagnosing intestinal obstruction,and this method can assist in locating the site of intestinal obstruction,thereby providing guidance and reference for subsequent treatment.
