体外高频热疗仪对子宫内膜异位症所致痛经的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究子宫内膜异位症导致的痛经患者在治疗中使用体外高频热疗仪的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2021年3月~10月诊疗的因子宫内膜异位症导致的痛经女性患者70例,根据临床应用的不同治疗方式均分为观察组和对照组,各35例,观察组体外高频热疗仪干预,对照组常规药物性治疗干预。统计数据分析两组疼痛积分、疼痛程度、临床疗效、心理状态、月经正常时间、身体激素水平和满意度。结果:观察组痛经积分、心情评分内容、NRS评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者的总有效率94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的80.00%(28/35),P<0.05。观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间和月经恢复正常时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的满意度97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),P<0.05。结论:体外高频热疗仪对于子宫内膜异位症所致痛经治疗效果好,有效改善患者临床症状。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of using an extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia instrument in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.Methods:70 female patients with dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March to October 2021 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on different clinical treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external high-frequency hyperthermia apparatus,while the control group was treated with conventional drug therapy.Statistical analysis of pain scores,degree of pain,clinical efficacy,psychological status,normal menstrual period,body hormone levels,and satisfaction between two groups.Results:The observation group had better dysmenorrhea scores,mood scores,and NRS scores than the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group patients was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 80.00%(28/35)of the control group,P<0.05.The pain relief time and menstrual recovery time of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05;The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than 71.43%(25/35)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia instrument has a good therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis,effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
