摘　　要：目的:针对医疗影像设备的管理方案与质量控制效果展开探究。方法:根据JCI标准对本院80台医疗影像设备实施管理,并对医疗影像设备展开风险评估与质量控制参数检测,对比2019年1月~6月JCI标准管理实施前与2019年7月~12月JCI标准管理实施后的图像质量差异。结果:根据JCI标准实行管理后,80台医疗影像设备中59台评估结果为低风险设备,实施24个月的预防性维护计划,16台评估结果为中风险设备,实施12个月的预防性维护计划,5台评估结果为高风险设备,实施6个月的预防性维护计划。在影像质量控制参数的检测上,各项参数检测合格率均在85%以上。同实行JCI标准管理前相比,检测影片中甲级片的占比明显提升,乙级片、丙级片与废片的占比均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:以JCI标准为依据,加强医疗影像设备的管理工作,能对医疗影像设备的维护起到良好的预警效果,有利于提升检测图像质量,加强质量控制效果。Objective:To explore the management scheme and quality control effect of medical imaging equipment.Methods:80 medical imaging equipment in our hospital were managed according to the JCI standard,and the risk assessment and quality control parameter detection were carried out on the medical imaging equipment.The image quality difference before the implementation of the JCI standard management from January to June 2019 and after the implementation of the JCI standard management from July to December 2019 was compared.Results:After the implementation of management according to JCI standards,59 of the 80 medical imaging devices were assessed as low-risk devices,and a 24-month preventive maintenance plan was implemented.16 of the 80 medical imaging devices were assessed as medium-risk devices,and a 12-month preventive maintenance plan was implemented.5 of the 80 medical imaging devices were assessed as high-risk devices,and a 6-month preventive maintenance plan was implemented.In the detection of image quality control parameters,the qualification rate of each parameter is above 85%.Compared with before the implementation of JCI standard management,the proportion of grade a films in the test films was significantly increased,and the proportion of grade B films,grade C films and waste films was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the JCI standard,strengthening the management of medical imaging equipment can have a good early warning effect on the maintenance of medical imaging equipment,which is conducive to improving the quality of detection images and strengthening the quality control effect.
