摘　　要：我国居民健康意识和医疗水平的提高使得临床外科手术的接受程度和应用程度均得到了显著的提高。随着各类手术不断朝着微创和精细方面不断发展和更新,不仅手术器械更加精密,医院消毒供应中心在对精密手术器械的管理工作中也需要不断地更新与适应,以确保精密手术器械能够被安全有效地使用,从而降低手术失败率以及避免医院感染的发生。目前,医院消毒供应中心对精密手术器械的管理主要有戴明环管理、品管圈管理以及失效模式与效应分析等。文章对相关管理方法在医院消毒供应中心对精密手术器械管理的实际应用效果以及临床相关研究作一总结性综述,以便更好服务于临床。With the improvement of residents’health awareness and medical level in China,the acceptance and application of clinical surgery have been significantly improved.With the continuous development and update of all kinds of surgery towards minimally invasive and fine aspects,not only the surgical instruments are more precise,but also the hospital disinfection and supply center needs to constantly update and adapt to the management of precision surgical instruments,so as to ensure the safe and effective use of precision surgical instruments,reduce the failure rate of surgery and avoid the occurrence of hospital infection.At present,the management of precision surgical instruments in hospital disinfection supply center mainly includes PDCA cycle management,quality control circle management,failure mode and effect analysis,etc.In order to further explore the practical application effect of related management methods on the management of precision surgical instruments in the hospital disinfection and supply center and the clinical related research,this paper makes a summary review in order to better serve the clinic.
