外科病理诊断中全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪在外科病理诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:收集2021年2月~2023年3月本院病理科经外科切除病检标本80例,所有标本在不影响常规病理诊断的前提下,于相同部位连续取材2块,同时根据不同处理方式分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组切片使用常规全封闭自动脱水机处理,观察组使用全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪处理。比较两组切片质量及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、P16、Ki-67表达一致性。结果:比较两组切片合格率可得P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;比较两组ER、PR、P16、Ki-67表达水平,两组ER、Ki-67表达水平一致,观察组PR阳性率略低于对照组,P16阳性率略高于对照组,经计算分析可得P>0.05,差异均无统计学意义。结论:全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪在外科病理诊断中的应用能够有效缩短组织处理时间,提升临床检测效率,同时不会影响切片质量及免疫组化指标表达解读,可用于辅助外科临床病理诊断工作。Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of automatic microwave-assisted rapid tissue processing apparatus in pathological diagnosis of surgery.Methods:From February 2021 to March 2023,80 surgically excised specimens were collected from the Department of Pathology of our hospital.All specimens were continuously taken from the same site without affecting conventional pathological diagnosis.At the same time,they were divided into an observation group and a control group based on different treatment methods,with 80 specimens in each group.The control group was treated with conventional fully closed automatic dehydrator,and the observation group was treated with automatic microwave-assisted rapid tissue processing instrument.The quality and expression consistency of ER,PR,P16 and Ki-67 were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of the two groups was P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The expression levels of ER,PR,P16 and Ki-67 of the two groups were compared.The positive rate of PR of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,and the positive rate of P16 was slightly higher than that of the control group.The calculated analysis showed that P>0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of automatic microwave-assisted rapid tissue processing apparatus in surgical pathological diagnosis can effectively shorten the tissue processing time,improve the efficiency of clinical detection,without affecting the section quality and the expression and interpretation of immunohistochemical indicators,and can be used to assist the clinical pathological diagnosis of surgery.
