无创呼吸机治疗急性呼吸衰竭患者的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探究对急性呼吸衰竭患者予以无创呼吸机治疗的价值分析。方法:选择2022年4月~2023年4月急性呼吸衰竭患者80例,依据不同的干预方式分为观察组(无创呼吸机治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),各40例。比较分析血气指标、呼吸频率和心率、疾病疗效、气道湿化效果等。结果:观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,但是血氧饱和度、氧合指数、动脉血氧分压等更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总疗效95.00%(38例)高于对照组的70.00%(28例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳痰难易程度、痰液的性状评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:把无创呼吸机治疗方式用于急性呼吸衰竭患者,可改善其气道湿化效果,提升对急性呼吸衰竭的治疗效果,改善血气和呼吸频率、心率等指标。Objective:To explore the value analysis of non-invasive ventilation treatment for patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods:80 patients with acute respiratory failure were selected from April 2022 to April 2023 and divided into an observation group(non-invasive ventilation treatment)based on different intervention methods;Control group(routine treatment),with 40 cases each.Compare and analyze blood gas indicators,respiratory rate and heart rate,disease efficacy,airway humidification effect,etc.Results:The arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the blood oxygen saturation,oxygenation index,and arterial blood oxygen partial pressure were higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The heart rate and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficacy of the observation group in 38 cases(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group in 28 cases(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difficulty of expectoration and the score of sputum characteristics in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying non-invasive ventilation to patients with acute respiratory failure can improve their airway humidification effect,enhance the treatment effect on acute respiratory failure,improve blood gas,respiratory rate,heart rate and other indicators,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
